It Has Begun...

Yup, I started potty training Paul yesterday. When I saw the poor kid standing at the toilet pulling his diaper off, saying "I peepee!"...I thought to myself, "By George, I think he's ready." lol!

He is 2 1/2 now, but I've been putting it off because ...well...he comes across as being a little slow. He has a wonderful personality and he's the sweetest thing...just not the sharpest pencil in the box. (And I mean that in the nicest way. :D) I think he has been fooling me. lol! Yesterday he had 4 accidents and today none. Not a single one. He has told me every single time he's had to go. Things are looking promising for him being the easiest yet.

Hopefully things don't fall apart in the next few days...

Well how NICE to "meet" you! HOW did you find my blog? Josiah recognized you immediately! We are so happy to have him with us in our home. A long journey to be sure. The Lord is so amazing and His mercies are truly new every morning! he turned so many of our "mistakes" into beautiful things! Do you know the Hargett's "well"? Do you know the Perna family? We used to attend a church with them, but not any more.
Your little boys are AMAZINGLY adorable! My 3 boys are such a joy to me and well, then there is "my girl". Josiah has won her heart over ten fold! We are thrilled to have him in her life as well.

How long have you been in Wales? We have several friends that are Missionaries and I would hope we would get "one" out of our little family :0)! Just kidding....wherever the Lord calls them!
Can you home school in Wales? Just curious!
Have a great day and stop by often! I am so hoping to keep with my blog WAY better than I have been!

OH! OH! OH! I remember you! You came to the church we were attending I think it was before you left for Wales maybe 3 years ago? possibly a bit more? It was North Pocono Bible Baptist Church. I don't think you would remember me, but Josiah reminded me that was who you were!! SMALL world!

I'm so happy for you that it seems to be working out. Potty training is no fun!! Hope will be 2 in a week and I am not pushing. I tried a couple times to put her on the toilet when she looks like she might do something in the tub, but nothing, she just cried. So I know she isn't ready. Yeah Paul!!
